As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you will be working with members of the international network of experts, and will contribute to global technology driven initiatives and innovation programs for continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within Oracle's Customer Service Organization that enables long term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers.

To be considered for this Software Engineer internship in the Customer Success Services organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs , either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year.

Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026.

Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026.

Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in two or more of the following computer languages:
-
Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, NoSQL, YAML, Go, or similar object oriented or functional programming languages.

Have academic coursework, completed projects, prior internship and/or research experience or equivalent in at least three of the following areas:
-
Algorithms, Machine Learning, Compilers, Computer Architecture, Data Mining, High Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Object Oriented Design, Network Security, Big Data, Web/Mobile Technologies, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Cloud Computing, Parallel Programming, Compilers, High performance Computing.

Have proven experience (internships, projects, coursework) working on at least two of the following areas:

Linux Operating Systems
-
Web Services
-
Cloud Platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS or GCP
-
Scrum & Agile Methodologies
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Basic knowledge of database concepts (Optional).
-
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services and an eagerness to deepen your expertise (optional).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.17 to $34.62 per hour; from: $37,800 to $72,000 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
