Your impact
- Operate within assembly and production areas, standing and walking 8–12 hours to keep lines moving.
- Lift up to 50 lbs consistently and assist with team lifts for anything over 50 lbs.
- Partner with teammates to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat defects.
- Follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards to help reduce costs and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to our West Point, GA facility.
- Ability to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends, as business needs arise.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.
Preferred proficiencies
- Machine building/assembly familiarity.
- Mechanical assembly aptitude.
