As the face of our community, the Lead Concierge is responsible for ensuring every guest, resident, and team member is welcomed with hospitality, professionalism, and heart. This position plays a critical role in front desk operations, administrative support, and maintaining smooth daily functions across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist all guests, residents, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the front desk, phones, mail, tours, and reception area appearance.
- Support ED with resident admissions, billing, and administrative tasks like AP/AR.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and assist with concierge scheduling.
- Submit invoices and ancillary charges; maintain office supply inventory.
- Train concierge staff and assist with errands and transportation coordination.
- Ensure smooth, service-oriented front desk operations every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of general office experience with a customer-service mindset.
- AP/AR experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
