Palletizer/ Rework
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support a short-term rework project in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This project is expected to last 3–4 weeks , with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs. This role involves inspecting products for quality, reworking damaged or incorrect shipments, and preparing pallets for distribution. Candidates must be comfortable with consistent physical activity and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, accuracy, and damage
- Perform rework on products as needed (sorting, repackaging, relabeling)
- Repalletize materials according to company standards and customer requirements
- Wrap pallets securely using shrink wrap
- Band wrapped pallets to ensure stability during transport
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse or rework experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Physical role requiring bending, lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
Schedule:
- 1st shift Monday through Friday
