• Engage with customers in the store, assess their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Stay knowledgeable about all product categories, including furniture, flooring, and appliances.
• Present financing options and explain promotions clearly to customers.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and follow company processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Skills:

• Proven experience in Sales, preferably in furniture, appliances, or retail.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a bonus.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
