Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this critical and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for supporting a structured transition within the accounting department, managing cash flow for a brand that connects innovative SaaS technology and marketing solutions, and working closely with a collaborative CFO . In an Accounts Receivable Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Generating and distributing accurate customer invoices while investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies.
• Posting and applying various customer payments, including checks and ACH, to maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitoring AR aging reports and professionally communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances to manage collections.
• Utilizing internal systems like EPMS to manage job-based invoicing and supporting month-end close activities.
• Collaborating across functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure job completion alignment and accurate billing.

What you’ll need:

• 2-5 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proven experience with invoicing, payment posting, and collections .
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with job-based billing systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• The ability to learn quickly during a structured onboarding and transition period.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000 annually.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
