Maxx Life Health Care is seeking a compassionate, driven, and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality patient care while also helping lead and grow the clinical side of our wellness and primary care services.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and wellness visits

• Prescribe medications, treatments, and interventions

• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans

• Provide guidance and leadership to clinical staff

• Coordinate care and referrals with collaborating physicians and specialists

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system (Tebra)

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia

• Clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to build rapport with patients in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience (or Willingness to Train):

• Hormone pellet therapy (BioTE or similar)

• IV hydration therapy

• PRP procedures for scalp and knee

• Functional or wellness-based medical care
