Job Details:- Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Location: Marshallville, GA
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40 - 50/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

- Continuing education support
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current GA License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
