Customer Return Representative - PT at Avis Budget Group summary:
Part-time Customer Return Representative greets customers returning rental vehicles, records vehicle condition (mileage, fuel level, damage), secures keys, and checks vehicles into the company system while providing excellent customer service. Role requires driving a variety of vehicles, standing and moving around the rental lot, basic computer/data-entry skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work all shifts. Position is on-site, offers training, benefits (vary by status/location), and is with Avis Budget Group in College Park, GA.

What You’ll Do:
In this outdoor role, you will help customers return their rental cars. This includes meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars and checking our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus!
