Implementation Specialist
- Implementation: Deliver Hubspot Fast Track implementations using proven templates and best practices.
- Configure core HubSpot components including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports
- Own delivery quality and timelines for assigned clients
- Communicate Fast Track scope clearly and manage out-of-scope requests with confidence
- Improve: Identify recurring patterns and insights to improve Fast Track templates and processes
- Provide structured feedback to evolve and strengthen the Fast Track product
- Collaborate: Collaborate closely with Sales and PX to ensure smooth delivery transitions
- Flag when client needs exceed Fast Track and support escalation to more tailored solutions
- Communication & Documentation: Communicate the RP Way and maintain clear documentation for builds and client handovers
- Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in implementation and/or project management
- 1 year experience using Hubspot
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Communication: Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
- Curate: Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays.
- Strategy: You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution.
- Management: Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward
- Hubspot Certs: Revenue Operations, Sales + Marketing + Service Hub Software, Hubspot Trainer, Hubspot Imlementation, Hubspot Reporting, Hubspot Solutions Partner, Platform Consulting
