Strategic Growth Lead, Global Village Program
• Lead the ongoing evolution of the Global Village (GV) program with a focus on scaling revenues, diversifying funding sources, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Position GV as more than a volunteer program – a launchpad for deeper engagement with Habitat, where participants return as repeat volunteers, become financial supporters, advocate within their networks, or open doors to new donors.Revenue Diversification and Market Expansion (Growth, 25%):
• Identify and engage new market segments and geographies to diversify GV’s funding base and expand HFHI’s global reach.
• Design and test new approaches for broadening GV revenue, including earned-revenue models, alumni giving mechanisms, and other scalable innovations.Digital Innovation and Fundraising Efficiency (Innovation, 15%):
• Modernize legacy systems through innovative digital solutions, leveraging tools and technologies, to drive efficiency and impact.
• Drive digital initiatives that enhance fundraising performance, supporter engagement (e.g. CRM), and revenue growth.Process Optimization and Accountability (Operational Excellence, 10%):
• Optimize internal processes, structures, and resource allocation to support fundraising effectiveness and program sustainability.
• Implement continuous improvement practices for enhanced operational and financial results. Impact and Performance Measurement (Performance, 10%):
• Develop and implement robust systems for measuring fundraising outcomes and their contribution to mission impact.
• Set clear performance metrics and targets for revenue growth, supporter engagement, and broadening GV’s funding sources, ensuring accountability across teams and alignment with industry best practices.Global Partnerships and Collaboration (Partnerships, 10%):
• Foster international and cross-functional collaborations to scale impact-driven and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, regional offices, and external partners to share best practices and drive Habitat’s global impact.Minimum Requirements:
• Education:
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, fundraising, strategy, or a related field.
• In lieu of an advanced degree, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience with measurable success in areas such as fundraising, significant revenue generation, social enterprise, social impact innovation, or social entrepreneurship may be considered.Years of Related Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of in-depth experience in fundraising or growth-focused transformation roles, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue, developing donor or supporter portfolios, building social enterprises, or entrepreneurial ventures, including mobilizing investment, securing catalytic or impact-driven funding, or developing sustainable revenue streams.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proven track record in fundraising and revenue growth, particularly through cultivating individual giving and/or philanthropic giving.
• Strong change management skills, balancing people-centered approaches with effective strategic implementation and program stability.
• Robust financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in managing revenue targets, diversification, operational efficiency, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence and data analytics, to optimize processes and drive measurable impact.
• Experience optimizing operational structures and resource allocation through adaptive methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining donor relationships.Preferred Requirements:
• Nonprofit or volunteer management experience not required; diverse industry backgrounds encouraged.
• Experience working in multicultural, global, or social enterprise settings.
• Exposure to integrating digital innovation to enhance fundraising and program effectiveness in dynamic environments.Active support of HFHI Values:

HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $116,030 to $136,500.Staff hired on a hybrid basis in the United States near an HFHI office location (Atlanta, Georgia / Washington, DC and Americus, GA), are required to report to the office on Tuesdays.Application deadline: Thursday October 16th, 2025
