Maintenance Mechanic

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
- Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Install, align, and maintain mechanical components such as motors, bearings, conveyors, and pumps.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and accurately document work performed.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Capability to work safely with tools, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
