Director of Commercial Operations
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach a dedicated commercial crew to handle large-volume jobs, tight access sites, and high-expectation B2B clients.
- Operational Execution: Oversee daily routing and job site management, solving real-time logistical challenges (loading docks, elevators, safety protocols).
- Financial Integrity: Own the accuracy of the billing cycle. You will ensure job notes, photos, and surcharges are documented correctly to reduce invoice disputes and days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Quality Control: Ensure every commercial client receives consistent service. You will handle escalations, manage site access issues, and validate safety compliance.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the dedicated commercial sales executive to ensure estimates match operational reality and attend walkthroughs for complex projects.
