As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role with assisting the PIC with managing and modeling our core values of caring for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you will be accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes:

Receiving and reviewing incoming prescriptions for accuracy and filling them with the correct medicine and dose. Advising customers with understanding their medications and possible side effects. Advising them on medication storage and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Monitoring patient adherence to medications dispensed. Managing a fast-paced environment to include displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Assisting with reorganizing operating procedures and policies.

In addition to providing support to the PIC, demonstrating leadership and supporting the management, accountability and oversight of all operations within pharmacy. This includes:

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Pharmacy License. Multiple State Licenses a Plus. If not licensed in multiple states, must be eligible to get licensed in every state.

• Not listed on the DEA Exclusion Parties List

• No Felony or Pending Felony Charges or Convictions, including Controlled Substances Offenses

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Compensation

The typical pay range for this role is: $40.00 - $53/hour

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
