Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from project initiation through successful delivery. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate activities across business units, vendors, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project documentation, governance processes, and change management activities.
- Track project deliverables and ensure accountability across all participating teams.
- Provide regular reporting on project health, budget utilization, and milestone achievement.
- Support Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies as required.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and promote project management best practices.
