What You’ll Do

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
• Help manage and track work orders across multiple projects
• Maintain and update project databases and documentation
• Coordinate communication between office and field teams
• Organize project files, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in keeping projects on schedule and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative/project support experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
