Product Manager

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Enterprise Data Platform capabilities. This role partners closely with engineering data team and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, and self-service data and analytics solutions. The Product Manager ensures that Snowflake-based data assets and Tableau-based analytics deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership:

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for EDP capabilities
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and governance
• Drive prioritization based on business value, cost to serve, risk, and dependencies

• Partner with engineering teams to plan and sequence work across Snowflake and Tableau
• Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment
• Support release planning, adoption tracking, and value realization
• Ensure consistent communication across business, product, and technology teams

• Support Snowflake-based data models, views, and platform capabilities
• Partner with analytics teams to enable Tableau dashboards, reporting, and migration initiatives
• Drive initiatives around data democratization, data quality, governance, and trust
• Enable self-service analytics and AI-enabled use cases through EDP
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience in enterprise or data-driven environments
• Strong understanding of Snowflake concepts
• Working knowledge of Tableau
• Experience working with engineering and business analytics team
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Experience with Enterprise Data Platforms, analytics modernization, or BI migrations
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks
• Exposure to AI/ML or self-service analytics initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations
