This role is all about learning, skill development, and delivering top-tier glass solutions. Youll assist in installing shower enclosures and mirrors, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, and work closely with experienced Lead Installers to master your trade. About the Role

As a Residential Installer, you will assist with the installation of shower enclosures, mirrors, and other glass products. Youll work closely with Lead Installers, ensuring job sites are prepared, tools and materials are ready, and installations are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Shower Enclosure & Mirror Installations Help with carrying materials, setup, and installation
Job Site Preparation & Efficiency Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure smooth operations
Learn & Develop Skills Train under experienced Lead Installers to master installation techniques
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Identify and address installation challenges with guidance
Customer Interaction Communicate professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Documentation & Communication Help update job notes and upload photos for project records
Safety & Compliance Follow company safety procedures and uphold high-quality standards

Hands-on experience with tools and installations (glazing experience is a plus, but we train!)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $17 - $22 per hour (40 hours/week) + overtime
