Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Write repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs professionally.
• Build customer trust through excellent communication and service.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates.
• Maintain strong CSI and customer retention performance.
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Meet or exceed dealership sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Dealership experience highly valued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive service sales.
• Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
