Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Large Format Print Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in color reprographics and be proficient in utilizing large format printers, specifically HP Page Wide. As a Wide Format Print Operator, you will be responsible for receiving orders, processing color print work, and overseeing the entire production process to ensure the highest quality output.

In this role you will:

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders for wide format printers, including B&W and color print services.
• Receive and process orders, study production schedule and estimate hour requirements for job assignments.
• Assisting customers with placing orders, answering queries and making suggestions.
• Process PDF and graphics files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot and address problems during job submission or printing process.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance functions as needed.
• Assist in other departments as required, including customer service and packaging for shipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1-3 years' experience in color reprographics field using graphic applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
• Experience with Canon Arizona and Canon Colorado printers is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
