Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for executing the Mission Statement daily, which includes providing First Class Service to every customer. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring standards are met, and supporting the Management team in delivering exceptional service. The role involves collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to ensure efficient restaurant operations and completing daily tasks from opening to closing to optimize performance. The Assistant General Manager will provide overall supervision to the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively in English
• Motivate others through strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Read, write, perform basic mathematics, and handle cash reporting
• Possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
• Be a self-starter capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
• Pass required background checks including Federal Criminal History Records and Paradies Background Check
• Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Obtain ServSafe certification

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
• Effective communication skills with team members, managers, and guests
• Basic math skills and experience with point of sale systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
