We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a RN/LPN at Journey, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Hours
This position follows a 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. shift schedule.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors
Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance
Participate in care planning and documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Promote a safe and infection-controlled environment
Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
