National Society of High School Scholars is launching Young Scholars , an exciting new initiative for middle school students ages 10–13, and we are seeking an experienced education professional to help shape and support this effort.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual - such as a teacher, principal, counselor, or education consultant who has a proven track record of success working with middle school students and their families.

Scope of Work Includes:

· Creating engaging web content tailored to middle school students and parents

· Contributing expert insights on academic, leadership, and character development

· Providing testimonials and stories from middle school experiences

· Facilitating webinars and virtual workshops for students and families

· Advising on program direction, content needs, and audience engagement strategy

· Senior level thought leadership in the middle school realm

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

· Direct experience working in or with middle schools (public, private, or charter)

· Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents

· Familiarity with youth development best practices

· Experience hosting or participating in parent/student-facing events or webinars

This is a flexible, project-based contract role with the opportunity to shape a new national program from the ground up.
