If this sounds like an opportunity that is ideal for you, please contact us today.
Compensation:$145,000 Total Compensation
Responsibilities:- Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings

- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
- You Must have experience in family law.
- You Must have litigation experience.
- If we don't need to hold your hand and tell you what needs to be done at each step of the case assigned to you, Do Apply for this job.
- If you know what objections to insert in response to discovery served on a client, Do Apply for this job.
- We embrace team members who are factual and realistic, and quick to offer solutions to make our policies and procedures stronger, which in turn better serve clients. You Must respect our policies and procedures and speak up when you have an idea to add to our efficiency and accuracy.
- We look for people who embrace innovation and the use of technology in order to make their jobs easier. You must be proficient with Word and basic case management.
- The ideal candidate is able to change gears quickly, think on your feet, and make smart decisions. You also need to be detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.
- In the family law field, it's extremely important for our team members to practice empathy and compassion. - You must be a team player. You will be working with other members of our staff, and both you and our other staff members are accountable to each other. We strive to schedule our internally imposed deadlines with plenty of time before the final "real" deadline. - The people who thrive here are those who roll up their sleeves and help their team get the work done.
- Admitted to local and state bar associations
- 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
