Market Director

Overview: As the Market Director for the Construction to Permanent division of 1st Signature Lending, LLC you will be responsible for partnering and developing relationships with new construction home builders. This position is B2B relationship management and sales as you are tasked with growing an assigned territory .

The Market Director position will achieve quarterly goals through new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, relationship building and strategic planning. You will take over a base of established builders, but you'll also have extensive earning potential with each new builder you partner with. If you enjoy the challenge of outside sales and have a proven ability of driving a sales territory to the next level, this position is right for you!

No experience in lending is required! We will train someone that has a great attitude and strong work ethic ! The person should have a great personality and good communications skills. New college graduates welcome!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to further grow your territory.
• Enhance build partner relationships by creating a positive experience for the builder and buyer.
• Achieve targeted year over year growth in your market.
• Train new builders on our product offerings.
• Coordinate co-marketing event opportunities with your partners.
• Create a routing strategy to maintain regular visits to our builder partners.
• Be the boots on the ground representing 1st Signature Lending, LLC.
• Drive in needed items for expedited file movement.

License or Certification:

Driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company policy

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Ability to work remotely from home. (Internet and appropriate work from home environment)
• Marketing/Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Word a must
• No lending experience required
