Sales and Marketing Representative - Entry Level
We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to support our team at local events and community fundraising campaigns .
This role involves working directly with the public at events to help raise awareness and support for nonprofit organizations. You’ll be part of a team that sets up and runs event-based campaigns, speaks with attendees, and helps connect people to causes they may want to support.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on guidance to help you build skills in communication, marketing, and professional development.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with people, prefers an active work environment over a desk job, and is looking for a clear path to grow into leadership roles over time .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work at local events, pop-ups, and community spaces representing nonprofit organizations
- Talk with attendees about current campaigns and answer basic questions
- Help with event setup and breakdown as part of a team
- Learn how to communicate campaign messages clearly and professionally
- Support daily event goals and track basic performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

- Comfortable speaking with new people in a public setting
- Reliable and able to work scheduled events consistently
- Background in retail, customer service, food service, or hospitality is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Interest in gaining experience in marketing, events, or nonprofit work
