Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP)or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our growing Orthopedic & Spine practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions in an orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management setting.
This provider will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in both clinic and procedural environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Board certification as an NP or PA
- Minimum of 5 years of orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management experience required
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, spine pathology, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Experience with injections, procedural assistance, and post-procedure care preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- EMR proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and spine patients
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and recovery expectations
- Assist with procedures and injections as appropriate
- Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

- Orthopedic surgery practice
- Spine surgery practice
- Interventional pain management
- Regenerative medicine or sports medicine exposure
- Fluoroscopy-guided procedure experience a plus
