Role Overview

Record everyday household chores from a first-person perspective using your smartphone to help create high-quality video data. This fully remote contractor opportunity pays for submitted recorded video that meets project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture specified household and physical tasks with a smartphone while performing them.
• Record synchronized video footage from a first-person viewpoint.
• Use a wearable phone mount or head strap during recording.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and comfort capturing video data, including IMU, or inertial measurement unit, data.
• Own a compatible smartphone: iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6 through 9, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
• Be comfortable wearing phone-mount equipment shipped to your home.
• Be physically able to safely perform repetitive movement tasks.

Work Terms

• Independent contractor role, fully remote.
• Immediate openings are available. Start timing depends on delivery of the head-strap equipment to your home.
• A mobile phone and head strap are required to record first-person videos while completing household tasks.
• Complete a device compatibility check and an AI-enabled interview as part of the application process.

Compensation

• $13 to $15 per hour of recorded video submitted in accordance with project guidelines.
• $20 signing bonus and head-strap-related reimbursement are available after completing 20 hours of work.
