• Receive incident reports and initiate first notice of loss

Candidate Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Quiet, secure home office/workspace
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Genesys phone system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Comfort with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
