Comp and Benefits Manager

An automotive manufacturing facility in Savannah, GA is seeking a Comp and Benefits Manager. This is a full-time direct hire position with benefits in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (all majors) required

• 10 - 15 years of job-related experience

• Experience working with HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs and Georgia income taxes

• Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications

• Deep understanding of external market and current trends

• Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals

Responsibilities

Promote best employer campaign in order to increase brand exposure and to enhance brand reputation in talent market

• Organize and implement conferences, team building events, and other related projects to enhance employee engagement

• Lead implementation of work environment management initiatives

• Setting and Managing the Benefits/Performance Team and Members

• Develop benefits and payroll policies, processes, and guidelines

• Develop partnership with company contracted Benefits providers

• Recommend and administer the benefits programs to ensure programs are current regarding trends, practices, and costs

• Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on benefit and payroll matters

• Develop 401(k) communication materials, supplies, presentations, and training as appropriate

• Responsible for payroll administration

• Oversee time management processes

• Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of employment
