Client Journey Planning Advisor
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Client Journey Planning Advisor to support clients through every step of coordinating personalized trip arrangements. This remote-friendly role centers on organization, research, and responsive communication to ensure each client receives efficient, well-managed service from inquiry to confirmation.
You will work directly with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and budgets, then research appropriate options that align with their needs. Responsibilities include preparing customized itineraries, coordinating bookings, confirming details with suppliers, and maintaining thorough records. You will also provide timely updates and assist with any schedule changes or adjustments. This is a service-based position designed for professionals who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and thoughtful client care.
