This travel assignment places you in a hospital setting, performing sterile technique and intraoperative support for procedures. The role requires full-time availability for four 10-hour days, with additional responsibilities during call, holidays, and weekends. This assignment is designed for experienced surgical staff joining a trauma-focused team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for operative procedures; pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team
- Maintain strict sterile technique and perform instrument counts with accuracy before, during, and after cases
- Assist the surgical team with patient positioning, draping, and handling of implants and implants-related instruments
- Anticipate instrumentation and supply needs across a range of procedures, including trauma cases
- Document intraoperative activities and communicate changes in patient status to the team
- Support procedure setup and turnover between cases to promote efficiency and patient safety

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of strong Level 1 trauma experience
- Must be listed in work history with Level 1 trauma experience
- Demonstrated strong rating on skills checklist
- Ability to work the listed schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour day shifts, with call, holidays, and weekends
- Education, licensure, and certifications as specified in Job Notes
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel for assignment
