Furniture and Mattress Sales Associate
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated closers and customer-focused Furniture & Mattress Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture and mattresses that best fit their needs, provide product knowledge, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Help customers choose furniture and mattresses based on comfort, style, and budget, and close the deal.
- Explain product features, materials, warranties, and financing options, and be experienced in closing.
- Maintain showroom appearance and organize merchandise displays.
- Process sales transactions, create customer orders, and close the deal.
- Follow up with customers regarding deliveries or questions.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and be a closer.
Qualifications:
(needs to be an experienced sales closer)
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (furniture or mattress sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:
- + commission 6% of the sales total revenue, plus spiffs and bonus.
