Project Manager, Software Engineering & Product Delivery

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a high-performing technology organization that designs, builds, tests, and operates enterprise applications supporting customer-facing operations and retail teams. This role is a critical driver in ensuring successful delivery of complex software and product initiatives across multiple agile DevOps teams.

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically savvy, and comfortable managing large-scale telecommunications web projects in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail are essential. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, cybersecurity, architects, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life that directly impact both employees and customers.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for software, cybersecurity and product delivery initiatives across multiple agile DevOps teams (local, remote, offshore).
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define scope, project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive execution of key initiatives, including customer support platforms, retail technology solutions, and internal developer tools.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and blockers.
• Track progress and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or program management experience within telecommunications technology/software development.
• Proven experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
• Familiarity with modern software development stacks (Java, Angular, Cloud, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus.
