We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage front office staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate a multidisciplinary hotel team, including hiring and training.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records for billing, room assignments, and guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and oversee front office procedures and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software Opera/Merlin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
