Your Role:

• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Accurately document call details.
• Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Secure, private work area at home.

As a work-from-home team member, you are required to participate in active camera sessions for your role. You will be expected to remain on camera throughout onboarding and training and be available on camera as needed once in production.
