Job Summary
Coordinates and assists the Macon Operations department in compiling and maintaining various Operations/Administrative related data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing and verifying Confidentiality Agreements
Operations administration in support of Trade compliance and Operation strategies
General administration and affairs relating to operations of YKK office and community activity.
Assist Ex-Pats in obtaining housing (and utilities), Social Security documents, bank accounts, etc.
Welcomes visitors and directs visitor(s) to the correct location, Ensures visitors sign the Visitor’s log.
Schedules and maintains meeting schedules for the various conference rooms.
Prepares Federal Express domestic and international air bills & express mail.
Support continuous improvement teams as needed.
Performs other position-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education/Experience:
Individual must have Associate Degree (or higher) from accredited college or university and/or minimum of three-five years related experience or training necessary. Experience using MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is required. Excellent computer skills and good working knowledge of spreadsheet software is a requirement of this position. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or an administrative environment where strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and work prioritization is required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is required to wear appropriate safety protective equipment at the proper times and in the proper environments as required by safety program rules.
