Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate field activities related to distribution construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies & Conduct site inspections and assessments.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide updates and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any changes to the scope of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to construction, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction crews as needed.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings to contribute field insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Representative or similar role in distribution construction.
- Experience with Oracle, CSS, MySource, Joint Trench, timekeeping, payroll, receipt and fund allocations, written and verbal communication skills, event planning, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, and good experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Starter, positive attitude & Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer software and mobile applications related to construction management.

- Experience with project management software.
