Construction Admin

We are actively seeking an Amazing Construction Admin in the Acworth , GA area to join our award-WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Position Responsibilities of the Construction Admin:
- Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs
- Maintaining construction job client files
- Invoicing and collecting on invoices
- Assisting with weekly payroll
- Creating and maintaining reports in MS Office, Construction Software, Google Calendar, & Google Docs
- Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies
- Filing & submitting daily work tickets; Assisting Project Manager's
Minimum Qualifications of the Construction Admin:
- Administrative/Clerical Experience required
- 2+ years of Construction Experience required
- Experience with Certified Payroll
- Prior A/R and payroll experience
- Timberline Software Experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
- Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must adhere to company screenings
- Must have valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
