As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager who can help elevate operations, bring structure, and contribute to the next phase of growth.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager who wants more than just managing projects. You will play a key role in helping build processes, improve systems, and support the growth of the organization while leading mechanical projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership—someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical/HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Support internal process improvements and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery
- Work closely with leadership to help scale and strengthen the organization

- Experience managing commercial mechanical or HVAC construction projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and coordination
