S&N Group Real Estate is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help convert leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role is far more than simply setting appointments; you will serve as the first impression of our brand and play a key role in creating trust, uncovering client motivation, and delivering a high-level advisory experience from the very first conversation.

As an ISA, you’ll be responsible for engaging both new and existing leads, including past inquiries, open house leads, social media leads, nurture pipelines, and database reactivation opportunities. You’ll spend your day building relationships, conducting meaningful conversations, managing follow-up systems, and helping clients take confident next steps in their real estate journey.

The ideal candidate is warm, level-headed, organized, persistent, and highly coachable. They are relationship-driven while still motivated by goals and results. They are confident asking for the appointment, skilled at building rapport quickly, and detail-oriented enough to maintain exceptional CRM accuracy and follow-through.

Compensation

  • On Target Earnings: $80,000+ (base+ bonus)

Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries with professionalism, warmth , and urgency
  • Make consistent outbound contact attempts through calls, texts, emails, and database follow-up campaigns
  • Re-engage past leads, nurture opportunities, open house leads, social media inquiries, and dormant database contacts
  • Conduct meaningful conversations to uncover client motivation, timeline, needs, and readiness
  • Clearly communicate S&N Group’s value proposition and advisory-based approach to real estate
  • Set qualified buyer and seller appointments for the sales team while ensuring smooth handoffs
  • Build trust and create a world-class first impression in every interaction
  • Accurately maintain CRM records, including detailed notes, tags, lead stages, follow-up tasks, and handoff documentation
  • Maintain strong speed-to-lead and conversion standards while prioritizing quality conversations over transactional interactions
  • Track and improve key performance metrics, including conversations, qualified appointments, appointments held, signed agreements, and closed opportunities
  • Participate in daily team huddles, trainings, role-plays, and coaching sessions
  • Practice scripts, objection handling, and relationship-based sales conversations regularly
  • Manage daily pipeline activity and maintain highly organized follow-up systems
  • Collaborate closely with agents, leadership, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Represent the S&N Group brand with professionalism, integrity, empathy , and positivity
Qualifications:
  • Warm, relationship-focused communication style with strong emotional intelligence
  • Persistent, consistent, and confident without being overly aggressive
  • Strong relationship-building ability, with the confidence to ask for the appointment and the discipline to keep the CRM accurate and up to date
  • Exceptional phone presence and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and technology platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable
  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to build trust quickly and nurture long-term relationships
  • Coachable and open to accountability and feedback
  • Learning-based mindset with commitment to continuous improvement
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, team-oriented environment
