Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for ensuring that CNC machinery is in optimal working condition before setup. You will set up machinery to conduct runs as specified, perform all required programming, and monitor runs throughout the cycle to ensure specifications are met. Additionally, you will perform necessary machine maintenance and adhere to safety standards at all times.
Responsibilities
- Ensure CNC machinery is in good working order before setup.
- Set up machinery to successfully conduct specified runs.
- Perform all necessary programming for operations.
- Monitor the run throughout the cycle, ensuring specifications are met.
- Perform all necessary machine maintenance.
- Follow safety standards at all times.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and routers.
- Proficiency in machining, specifically with Haas and Fanuc systems.
- Experience with CNC routers and mill setup.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with Haas and Fanuc machines preferred.
- Proficiency with Mastercam and Cimatron programming software.
- Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis mills preferred.

Work Environment
You will work in a warehouse environment that houses a state-of-the-art machining center, specializing in machining complex parts, tools, models, molds, and patterns in various materials including composite, plastic, foam, wood, titanium, and aluminum. The facility is equipped with 3-axis and 5-axis machines, capable of producing small and large-scale orders daily. Available services include precision 3 and 5-axis CNC milling, part trimming and drilling, and rapid prototype development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
