Job Summary: As a Management consultant, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert insights on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
2. Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
3. Deliver high-quality, detailed written and verbal feedback to help improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
4. Collaborate remotely with the customers team to support the training and evaluation of AI models with real-world management consulting perspectives.
5. Leverage your advanced experience to identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
6. Utilize strong communication skills to clearly articulate recommendations and process flows in both written and spoken formats.
7. Continually stay updated on management consulting trends to provide current, impactful input into the AI training process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4+ years experience as a management consultant, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm.
2. Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
4. Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
6. Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client-ready deliverables.
7. Self-motivation and discipline required for high-quality independent work.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MBA or advanced degree in business, management, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or AI-driven business models.
3. Demonstrated experience mentoring or training consultants or business professionals.
