Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop all back-of-house team members

• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met

• Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and kitchen performance metrics

• Hire, train, coach, and retain top culinary talent

• Create a positive and accountable team culture

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Previous Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Restaurant Management experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience managing food and labor costs

• High-volume restaurant experience preferred

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• ServSafe certification is a plus
