Position: Front Office Representative
Salary: $3,200 to $3,790 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About Diaz Consulting:
The Front Office Representative will handle a variety of front desk and administrative tasks, providing an excellent first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and other office logistics.
- Maintain and organize the front office area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
