- Organization and management of assigned projects and related work, as directed by Supervisor.
- Supervise and direct design support team to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Project location, Brand and target market research with project specific analysis
- Concept design collaboration with Design Principal
- Design development of conceptual designs
- Design research and product development for project specific implementation
- Finish, furnishings and material selections/specifications
- Preparation of Client and Brand presentation materials. Deliverable items include rendered floor and ceiling plans, elevations and project/color boards, etc.
- Construction documentation including CAD drafting, detailing and FFE spec writing in keeping with FAID quality standards, industry standards and codes
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited school of Interior Design
- 7 or more years professional experience in commercial interior design projects
- Min. 5 years of Hospitality and/or Multi-family Design experience
- Ability to manage responsibilities on concurrent projects with phased but potentially overlapping deadlines
- AutoCAD experience mandatory, Revit and 3DS Max experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Publisher and Microsoft 365 products such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills; positive minded, collaborative spirit that works great with a team
