Patient Services Rep - MedSurg, Days
This position is full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week, day shift.
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the RN, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Manager, the Patient Services Concierge performs administrative and customer service responsibilities that support efficient unit operations and promote a welcoming, professional experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Qualifications: Education- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Previous customer service experience Required
- At least one year of customer service experience Preferred
- Previous hospital experience Preferred
