Sales Closer – High-Ticket Custom Automotive Brand

Compensation: $80,000 Base + Commission ($100K–$180K+ OTE Based on Performance)

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Closer to join our client, a nationally recognized custom automotive brand known for building some of the most iconic vehicles in the world.

This is a pure closing role focused on the final stage of the sales process.

You will receive warm, pre-qualified leads from an appointment-setting team and take full ownership of:

  • Running the call

  • Building trust

  • Handling objections

  • Closing the deal

Custom builds start at $150K+ , and buyers are highly engaged before you ever speak with them. Your role is to convert strong interest into firm commitments—ideally on the first call, or through strategic follow-up.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Closing Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales calls with pre-qualified, high-intent buyers

  • Understand each prospect’s vision and decision drivers

  • Position our client as the clear and only choice

  • Lead conversations from start to close with confidence

  • Handle objections related to price, timing, and decision-makers

  • Sell with confidence using a strong client success track record

  • Partner with appointment setters for seamless handoffs

  • Provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in Salesforce

  • Log all calls, outcomes, and next steps

  • Keep a clean, review-ready pipeline at all times

Reporting & Accountability

Submit daily performance reporting, including:

  • Calls completed and deals closed

  • Pipeline status and progression

  • Stalled deals and re-engagement plans

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success closing high-ticket deals ($50K+; $100K+ preferred)

  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence in objection handling and negotiations

  • Comfort closing significant transactions on the call

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening

  • Highly organized pipeline management

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and prep

  • Competitive, self-motivated work ethic

  • Coachable and open to direct feedback

  • Availability aligned with Pacific Time hours
