Position: Lockbox Specialist (Image Scanning)

Contract Assignment: ASAP Start until 4/26/2027 

Location: College Park, GA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Range: $18.00/HR, Paid Weekly

1st Shift Schedule: Friday – Monday, 7 AM – 5:30 PM (4 Days x 10 HR Shifts)

Training for 1st Shift: Friday – Monday, 7 AM – 5:30 PM

NO TIME OFF WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS OR HOLIDAYS RECOMMENDED.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing routine daily maintenance and operation of OPEX scanning equipment, including document extraction and processing. The role involves identifying and resolving exceptions related to cash, credit card payments, and foreign items, as well as troubleshooting error messages and escalating equipment issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer and client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight delivery, and local courier services.
• Ensuring all documents are accurately scanned and imaged in accordance with departmental policies and quality standards.
• Operating high-speed scanning and imaging machinery in a production environment.
• Reviewing and interpreting various transaction and document types, including nested transaction self-mailers, express envelopes, correspondence-only items, and high-volume transaction batches, while following specific processing instructions.
• Maintaining proper document retention procedures and completing required box proration steps to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, including sitting for extended periods of time.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and PCI standards.
• Proactively identifying and managing risk in alignment with the company’s Risk Framework.
• Demonstrating and upholding company values and culture.
• Adhering to all established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Remaining informed of key priorities, updates, and business communications.
• Lifting and moving boxes, trays, and racks of work weighing up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
