Platform Engineer Overview

Are you ready to architect the future of cloud-native systems? We're seeking a visionary Cloud Platforms Engineer to take charge of cutting-edge infrastructure initiatives across AWS, Azure, or GCP. What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based environments and containerized applications
• Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Lead development projects using modern CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions , Jenkins , and TDD methodologies
• Script intelligent automation using Shell scripting , Python, or Go (bonus points if you're fluent in both)
• Set the tone for excellence in Linux-based distributed systems , cloud architecture, and collaborative engineering
• Partner cross-functionally in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban , fostering iterative delivery and rapid innovation
• Build robust integrations with RESTful APIs to configure compute, storage, and cloud infrastructure at scale
• Champion DevOps principles to deliver secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that thrives under pressure

What You Bring

• 6+ years of engineering wizardry, including 4+ in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Pro-level experience with Kubernetes , and familiarity with its rich ecosystem (Helm, FluxCD, Kustomize, OPA)
• Deep comfort with the Linux command line and debugging tools - you know your way around without a GUI
• Confidence in setting up greenfield projects using modern development tools and best practices
• A passion for writing comprehensive unit tests , including clever mocking of third-party APIs and utilities
• Proven leadership in distributed enterprise environments with a strong DevOps mindset and delivery acumen
